  • 200 grams of sugar;
  • 2 tbsp. l flour;
  • 2 tbsp. l starch;
  • 1 bag of vanilla;
  • 1 bag of cream 500 ml.

Start cooking cakes:

1. Beat cream until steady peaks. Mix all the ingredients for the cream (except cream and vanilla). Send to fire until thick. When the cream thickens, add vanilla and cream. At the end whip the cream with a whisk.

2. For dough, beat eggs with sugar. Add hot water. In a separate container, sift and mix all the dry ingredients. Add them to the eggs, mix everything to get a batter. Pour on greased baking paper and bake for 10 minutes. at a temperature of 180 degrees.

3. Cover with a cloth and allow the cake to cool.

4. Cut into 8 equal pieces.

5. Add cream and roll into rolls.
