It is tasty, it is original, it is beautiful, and, moreover, it does not require the preparation of specific mastic and the addition of artificial colors. All you need is chocolate and ... a bubble film - the one that is usually thrown away.
Let's start decorating the cake with bubble chocolate:
1. To start, melt chocolate in the microwave for 1 minute at an average power 3-5 times, until it becomes completely liquid.
2. Thoroughly wash and dry the bubble film. Measure out the right amount of film for the cake - the length and width. Arrange the film in front of you and start spreading the melted chocolate over the surface.
3. Wait for the chocolate to re-solidify at room temperature. Then lean the chocolate against the cake, slightly pressing it all over the surface to fix it.
4. And start slowly and carefully, so as not to damage the composition, remove the film.
