Embroidery is a great way to add personality to your favorite piece of clothing or accessory. And the use of improvised things will help make the process easier.

Draw a pencil contours of the future flower. Fill the stems and leaves with regular stitches with satin stitch.

Take two sharp-edged toothpicks. A cross on a cross pierce them the central part of a flower.

Thread one of the toothpicks and start winding it clockwise under them.

Fill the entire outline.

Thread the contrasting colors of the petals.

Remove toothpicks. Decorate the center with a pearl bead.
