It looks like a regular hamburger bun, but if you cut it, it becomes immediately clear that additional stuffing is not needed. You can enjoy such an unusual burger yourself or in the company of friends, to whose surprise there will be no limit.

To make secret buns you will need:

  • 30 g fresh or 1 tsp. dry yeast;
  • 2 tbsp. Sahara;
  • 1 tsp salts;
  • 3 cups flour;
  • 75 g of oil;
  • 200 ml of water;
  • 2-3 sausages (can be replaced with sausage, ham);
  • 1-2 pickled cucumbers;
  • 200 g of mozzarella (any other cheese is possible);
  • 1 egg yolk;
  • 1 tbsp. milk;
  • 1 tbsp. sesame.

Mix the yeast with sugar and warm water, add a little oil for softness.

Add the sifted flour and knead.

Ready dough left for half an hour to fit.

Roll out the dough layer and cut out large circles (about 10 cm in diameter). Their number should be 2 times the number of buns.

Inside the lower circle lay layers of sausages and cucumber, and then cheese.

We cover with the second circle, we pinch, we tuck edges and we spread on a baking sheet.

We give the buns to come up, and then grease the yolk whipped with milk, sprinkle with sesame and send to the preheated 175 C oven for 20-25 minutes.

Buns are ready! It remains only to get them out of the oven and serve.
