Juicy chicken fillet, layered with vegetables with a delicious crust looks chic. Delicate taste combined with external attractiveness make this dish worthy of a festive table. Ingredients for the preparation of puff fillets will be found in every home, cooking time will also take a little.

For cooking you will need:

  • 500 g chicken fillet;
  • 2 medium sized carrots;
  • 1 onion;
  • 2-3 potatoes;
  • 1 egg;
  • vegetable oil for roasting and lubrication forms;
  • salt, pepper and sesame - to taste;
  • greens - at will.

Cut fillets on thin plates, salt and pepper.


Cut potatoes and carrots into thin circles. Potatoes are sent to dry in a dry frying pan, and chopped finely chopped onion with carrots until golden brown. Finely chop the greens.

In the prepared form lay out the layer of fillet and lubricate it with a beaten egg. Top put a layer of potatoes, then carrots with onions, sprinkle with greens and cover with another layer of fillet and smear the egg again. It is important, stacking vegetables, to make indents from the edge. This will provide traction and make the dish more juicy.


The last layer will be fillet. In addition to the egg, sprinkle it with sesame.


We send the fillet to an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 30-40 minutes, then bring the temperature to 220 ° C and bake the puff for another 10 minutes.

Before serving, decorate with greenery. Fillets prepared in this way are equally good in both hot and cold.
