Incredibly tender, soft and crunchy at the same time - this is exactly how a puff pastry made according to this wonderful recipe turns out. Its uniqueness lies in the fact that it is not necessary to interchange anything and repeatedly roll out. This dough is perfectly stored for several days in the refrigerator, and if necessary, it can even be prepared for future use and sent to the freezer. Another plus is the interchangeability of ingredients. Everything in this recipe is approximately, except for one thing - the result is always excellent! Puffs, steaks, kurnik - just some of the options for baking. And all this, provided that the active preparation of the dough takes only 10 minutes.
- flour - 500 g;
- margarine (partially or completely can be replaced with butter) - 200 g;
- egg yolk - 1 pc .;
- sour cream (yogurt or kefir) - 100 ml;
- salt - 1 g
