The vest with a collar, which can be used as a headdress if desired, looks stylish and original. Even one who is completely lacking in modeling skills will be able to sew such.
Simple pattern - excellent result
In fact, a vest with a collar collar is a regular pipe with slots for hands.
For work are required:
- a suitable cut of material (a fleece or other soft, non-tearable fabric is perfect)
- measuring tape and marker;
- sewing machine.
If there is a sweater in your wardrobe that you can fit, you will not need a measuring tape. Otherwise, you still have to measure the chest girth, so as not to make the vest excessively narrow and inconvenient. Putting the sweater to the fabric, we measure two rectangles on the fabric, making 3-5 cm allowances on the sides. The waistcoat is approximately equal to twice the distance from the hip to shoulder line.
Combine and align the rectangles face inward.
Denote slots for hands.
Construct the vest on the sides with the labels.
We process the bottom and top of the product.
Similarly, we do with slots for hands.
Us vest ready! If necessary, the collar easily turns into a stylish hood that can warm and protect from the wind.
