For 3 kg of sloe you will need:

For 1 kg of sloe you will need:

  • garlic - 4-5 cloves;
  • red hot pepper - 1 pod;
  • sugar - 2 tbsp;
  • salt - 1 tbsp;
  • water - 1 cup;
  • mint - 2-3 twigs;
  • cilantro or parsley - 1 bunch.

Prepared turn black boiling water and send to the fire. As soon as the water begins to boil, add mint and cilantro to the pan. Boil for 15 minutes and then let it brew for the same time. Separate the bones, grind the resulting mass with a blender, pass through a sieve and return to the fire, adding salt and sugar. Mint and cilantro remaining in the sieve combine with garlic and red pepper, mince and add to the berry mass. Allow the sauce to boil for 10 minutes, then cool completely, put in tightly closed jars or bottles and store in the refrigerator.

This savory snack will quickly become a favorite delicacy. It goes well with both fish and meat.

At 2.5 kg of sloe you will need:

  • salt - 50-65 g;
  • Carnation - 5 pcs .;
  • bay leaf - 2 pcs .;
  • water (ideally spring or purified) - 1.2 l;
  • refined vegetable oil - 1.2 l;
  • pepper 10-10 pcs.

Add salt, bay leaf and spices to boiling water and boil for 3-5 minutes. After the marinade has cooled, fill them with the turn. Cover the jars with a linen napkin and leave for 4 hours. After refrigerated for 12 days. After the specified time, drain the brine, rinse the turn with cold boiling water, return to the jars and pour refined vegetable oil. Store berries should be under the capron in the refrigerator for up to 5 months.

Five minute jam from blackthorn

2.5 kg of thorns:

  • sugar - 3 kg;
  • water - 700 ml.

Washed and dried berries put in a container, perelaivaya sugar. Wait a few hours until the turn turns the juice on, then send to the stove, immediately adding the right amount of water to the berries. After complete dissolution of sugar and boiling, remove the foam and cook for 5 minutes. The finished jam is poured into sterile jars, wrapped and cleaned in the cellar after cooling.
