Noodles in Odessa: gastronomic delight for real gourmets

Odessa is more than just a city, rather it is a way of life soaked in a special flavor. Even the cuisine here is exquisite, designed for true gourmets who can not only savor the dish, but also admire the details of its preparation. All doubters are invited to cook the treads in Odessa. For roast:

  • 1 kg of pork ribs;
  • 2 kg of potatoes;
  • 3-4 onions;
  • some sunflower oil for frying;
  • water;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

For the test:

  • 0.5 liters of kefir;
  • 2 tsp. salts;
  • 2 tsp. soda;
  • 300-400 g of flour.

Fry the pork ribs, and then chopped onions, put them together, add a little water and send to stew for 40 minutes.

Add to the meat fried potatoes until golden brown and simmer another 15 minutes.

While the roast is cooked, knead the soft dough. Add soda and salt to kefir, and then add flour and knead. Roll out the dough layer, lubricate with sunflower oil, roll into a roll and cut.

It remains to lay the noodles on top of the roast, fill them with water to half, cover with a lid if it does not ensure tight laying, wrap it in a towel and send to simmer for 40 minutes.
