A new way to "drink" champagne. Festive treat with New Year's chic and glitter!


Do guests gather in your house, with gifts and elegant festive costumes? Meet them with a tray on which these brilliant, iridescent silver and gold treats lie! Some of them are made with champagne and vodka, and their presentation is guaranteed to delight everyone, and these little delicacies will be remembered for a whole year!


1. "Santa Claus Caps" made from strawberries and vodka

These pretty girls are cooked with the addition of vodka, and now you will learn how. All that is needed is water, gelatin powder, sugar (if desired), Dyushes soda or something similar to your taste, vodka, strawberries and molds.

The instruction is simple: Heat water and soda, add gelatin according to the instructions on the packaging and with constant active stirring. When the gelatin is dissolved, slightly cool the brew, add vodka and pour the resulting liquid into molds or plastic cups. Put on the cold for a few hours. Prepare the strawberries by cutting the green stalks of the berries. Use aerosol whipped cream to make the strawberries look like Santa Claus hats. The dish is ready to serve! 2. At number 2 - the doubled recipe: transparent pieces of champagne jelly and gilded silver plated biscuits.

To make cookies, you will need:

  • 200g of oil
  • 1 cup (200 g) sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g corn starch
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or bag of vanilla sugar
  • 500 g flour

To decorate:

  • Food paint in a spray can of gold and silver color
  • Fondant white in tube
  • Crystal decorative sugar with glitter


Put the oil in a large enough bowl, better plastic.

Add sugar

Break eggs into a bowl and mix everything well with a mixer.

Add starch, vanilla and flour. Mix well with a mixer for 3 minutes. Now you need to knead the dough

and form such a “ball”:

Put the dough on a cutting board or wax paper and start rolling out with a rolling pin.

From a layer of dough approximately 1 cm thick with the help of molds for dough we cut out triangles and lay them on a baking sheet

In the oven preheated to 190 ° C, put the biscuits for about 10 minutes.

We get out of the oven and leave to cool. After cooling, you can proceed to the scenery. First, apply a layer of gold and silver food paint.

Brush apply vanilla-flavored syrup to one side of each cookie.

Squeeze a decorative line from a tube with white fudge

Champagne Jelly

(everything is much simpler and faster here)


  • 300ml champagne
  • 3 sachets of gelatin (20g)
  • decorative shiny crystal sugar


Heat the champagne in a small saucepan. Optionally, add a spoonful of sugar.

Now you need to take a wooden spoon or a whisk, and with active constant stirring, pour the gelatin and continue to stir until the powder is completely dissolved.

When the powder is dissolved, pour the liquid into the mold.

and put on the cold. We wait for the gelatin to solidify and proceed to cutting out the triangles with the help of cookie cutters.

It remains to roll triangular portions of frozen champagne in brilliant crystalline sugar and refrigerate before the arrival of the guests!

3. Finally, another recipe for frozen champagne with multi-colored grains of crystalline sugar

In this cheerful treat, champagne, sugar and gelatin are combined with vodka. Use the proportions in the recipe above, add the vodka "by eye". Serve as an aperitif or dessert.
